New Year New Me?

I love the idea of a new year. It's like a fresh start, a new beginning, a new chapter of your story unwritten. There are 365 days that haven't happened yet that you can mold into whatever shape you want. 2015 is going to be a very eventful year for me. I'm turning 21, I might be studying abroad in the summer (fingers crossed), and my senior year of college begins just to name a few.

Every single year the same thing happens for pretty much everyone. The long list of "New Year's Resolutions" that sounded like a great idea on December 31st end up getting pushed off for another month... or maybe they should be 2016's resolutions? So much for working out more and shopping less. Those things can wait can't they? I am definitely a victim to the unresolved resolution issue of the masses so this year I'm doing something different.

This year I have ONE resolution...

I vow this year to never hold back on whatever it is that I want to do. Whether that is getting back in shape, having a 4.0 GPA this semester, or just always expressing myself (in my blog and in real life), I'm not going to let anything stop me.

Going along with that, I vow to always move ahead. As I'm nearing the end of my collegiate career *tear* it is now time more than ever to keep pushing forward. That means letting go of all negative aspects of my life, including people, and replacing those things with positivity that will benefit me and those around me.

Now I'm challenging you guys. I am challenging you to hold me accountable for my resolution and for you to come up with ONE resolution and tell people about it. Write it down, tweet it, Facebook it, Instagram it, or text it. Whatever you do, let someone else know who will make sure you keep your word. Speak it into existence and it will be.

Happy New Year everyone!

Smooches,
The College Natural
